Blue Light Card is a private equity-backed, international tech business on a mission to support our frontline heroes across healthcare, aged and disability care, teachers, emergency services and emergency volunteers – helping them save on everyday essentials and big-ticket purchases through our exclusive discounts app. With over 5.5 million members in the UK, we're a market-leading platform and a trusted name in reward-based marketplaces.
In October 2022, we launched Blue Light Card Australia, our first international venture. Backed by the success of our proven UK model, we're building something special here: a fast-growing start-up with bold ambitions, a strong sense of purpose, and the backing of an established brand. We've already partnered with major household names like Woolworths, Samsung, THE ICONIC and Expedia, and we continue to see rapid growth across our Australian member base.

Our Sydney office is located right in the CBD, and we offer hybrid working with three days a week in the office to encourage collaboration, connection and shared momentum in a space where ideas flow, snacks are plentiful, and teamwork thrives.
Meet our General Manager
Tracey Duff joined Blue Light Card in August 2022, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across the retail, digital, and consumer sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
As General Manager, she champions a high-performance culture built on authenticity, agility, and heart, driving a team united by a shared purpose.
