  • You can sign up for job alerts by clicking the “Connect” button on our careers page. Choose to hear about all roles or just the ones in a specific team. You can also send us your CV speculatively – we’d love to hear from you!

  • Our Talent team will keep you in the loop throughout the process. You’ll get an email confirmation when we receive your application, so you know we’ve received everything okay. If you don’t see this email, check your spam folder and email settings (sometimes our emails can be blocked!), and make sure your details were entered correctly.

    Our Talent team are based in the UK, so you might receive emails from us at odd times!

  • Drop us an email at recruitment@bluelightcard.co.uk about the role you're interested in, and we’ll be happy to share more information.

  • Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship in Australia or the UK at the moment.

  • We love in-person collaboration, so none of our roles are fully remote. However, we do offer hybrid working, with colleagues spending 3 days a week in our Sydney office. 

  • Our priority is to ensure you feel comfortable and can perform your best during your interview. To make sure that’s the case, we understand you may need adjustments to the interview process due to individual needs or conditions.
