The role and team

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (known internally as a Key Partner Manager) to join our small but mighty team, where you'll own the acquisition and onboarding of high-value partnerships that deliver real savings for our members. You’ll join as a senior individual contributor within a growing squad, with the potential to develop into a management position as we scale.

What you’ll do

• Own your acquisition targets and KPIs for your categories, leading the prioritisation and closing of Tier 1 and Tier 2 partnership opportunities

• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders and affiliates, managing escalations and complex relationship issues as they arise

• Prepare and present high-value commercial proposals, evaluating and prioritising opportunities and ensuring alignment to category and company goals

• Oversee your CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate, timely updates and that all proposals and agreements are captured and compliant

• Manage partner onboarding, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions into Account Management

• Provide regular reporting on pipeline performance and opportunities to senior stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Significant experience in B2B sales or a 360 Account Executive role, with any exposure to partnerships or affiliate marketing seen as a real plus

• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding acquisition targets and KPIs in a commercial environment

• A strong record of closing complex, high-value commercial deals with the ability to manage a pipeline end to end

• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and present to senior stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment; experience in a start-up or scale-up business would be a genuine advantage, as would an appetite for building something rather than maintaining it

• A background in or familiarity with Fashion, Home or QSR categories would be a bonus, along with an understanding of how brands in those spaces approach partnership and affiliate activity
