The role and team

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for our member organisations, owning the end-to-end experience from onboarding through long-term engagement and growth. Working closely with sales and marketing, you’ll help organisations launch successfully, drive member adoption and ensure they see real value from partnering with Blue Light Card.
What you’ll do
• Lead the onboarding of new member organisations, ensuring smooth implementation and clear plans to drive member activation
• Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for member organisations post-sale, building strong, long-term relationships
• Develop tailored engagement and communications plans aligned to each organisation’s workforce and objectives
• Design and coordinate multi-channel campaigns including email, digital content, intranet assets and launch materials
• Monitor engagement, adoption and retention metrics, using insights to optimise performance and client outcomes
• Manage CRM workflows to support onboarding journeys, communications and lifecycle engagement
• Represent Blue Light Card at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
What you’ll bring
• Experience in client success, account management or customer success within a B2B environment, ideally within SaaS platforms, loyalty programs, employee benefits, or HR/employee engagement solutions
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, communications planning, and engagement strategies
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with a range of stakeholders
• Confidence representing the business at external events and engaging with senior stakeholders
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for delivering value
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
