At Blue Light Card Australia, we’re on a mission to say "thank you" to our frontline workers and volunteers, by helping them save on the things they love, through exclusive discounts and perks. • Transform complex datasets, emerging consumer trends, and financial models into decisive, easy-to-understand, and actionable commercial recommendations that the team can execute with confidence
• Monitor performance, analyse variances, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing them with the analysis they need to optimise our member offering and drive more value for members and partners.
• Perform market analysis and benchmarking to provide context around our member behaviour and financial performance
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Commercial Finance Business Partner, with a deep understanding of financial forecasting and techniques, ideally in a fast-paced consumer tech, digital, or subscription-based business

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly to non-finance business partners
• Flexibility to join calls/meetings with the UK team outside of regular business hours
